Loved how fairly clean the place was. The owner made my stay wonderful. During my stay everything was good and I got ironing as a compliment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable to sleep in. Private bathroom, quiet atmosphere. Set in a lovely area close enough to the river, the bridges and markets.

Try Haddie &trilby within 10 minutes walk for tea and goodies. Being within 5 mins drive of Krishna Temple was a plus. Unique base for exploring Leamington Spa. Recommend this property👍👍
